Signal ST 137 M          
Signal ST137M is a conventional Sydney Suburban double light coloured light with 2 heads. Its controlled from Homebush Signal Complex and the ST designated that the signal is in the Strathfield signalling area, the number is its number and M stands for mainline, at there are 3 pairs of lines here, Main, Suburban and local lines. It shows red over red "stop," green over red "caution" (next signal at stop) green over yellow "medium" (next signal at caution) and green over green "clear" (next signal could be at "medium" or "clear.") It also displays a calling on signal (little yellow) below the lower "mainline head" and both yellow over read "caution turnout" (next signal at stop) and yellow over yellow medium turnout with the next signal displaying a "proceed indication" (green over red or green over yellow or green over green" aspects. The 2 yellow signs are speed signs for the section of track beyond that sign, 60 is the track speed on the straight 60km/h and the X25 is the diverging turnout speed of 25km/h. The location IS Strathfield NOT Newcastle of what ever location RR-Picture Archives puts up, it won't allow me to change it.
