Album Info:Pictures in this album cover the last "revenue" run of the Sydney Trains (Australia) suburban C set Chopper (Thyristor) controlled Train. The Tour started at Strathfield then ran to Mt Victoria, the first and only time a suburban C set got this far into intercity territory as they only ran to Emu Plains in their working life. Then the tour went to Fairfield and back to Strathfield then one final run to Hawkesbury River and return back to Strathfield to conclude.

V6 DIM 8085 & DIT 9126
Title:  V6 DIM 8085 & DIT 9126
Description:  Bringing up the rear of V6 is DIM 8085 & DIT 9126, since they built the decant sheds and awnings, it has made taking pictures some what difficult. V6 is heading into the Up sidings to prepare for a run back to Sydney Central station. Decant is a term used here to suck out the toilet holding tanks on the intercity fleet.

C1 or err K40 at Wentworth Falls
Title:  C1 or err K40 at Wentworth Falls
Description:  The tour must be getting to C1 with an identy change to K40? Well when there sets were built, they were an add onto the K set order with the onlt changed being that they were fully airconditioned and they had Thyristor or Chopper control operating system instead of the Camshaft control to previous EMU stock. They were the test bed for the Tangara trains that were also built by A Goninan & Co in Newcastle.
